Located 4.3 km from Oliewenhuis Art Gallery, Gabbys Cottage Guesthouse offers 5-star accommodation in Bloemfontein and features a garden. Kevin & Pedro are the most friendly and professional host we every met. We felt like part of the family while we stayed there over the Christmas week and enjoyed their attention to detail to light the candles every night. We stayed in Cottage 1 and what a beautiful unit that is spotless, with fully functional kitchen net and bathroom. Safe parking is also available. Gabby’s is minutes away from Northridge mall and the N1. The ground and gardens are well maintained, clean and beautiful as advertised.

Goedehoop is situated in Welkom. The air-conditioned accommodation is 3.3 km from Ernest Oppenheimer Theatre. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Exceptionally friendly and caring owners who become friends within an hour or two. The bedding, the shower, the coffee, filtered water, ice cubes and many more makes for a great stay. On a return trip I'll book well in advance to ensure a room. The owners owned a restaurant which they had to close due to the lockdowns but the are both experts in the kitchen so I'll make sure to book a supper next time.

Fabulous location, so scenic and relaxing. Excellent care by the hosts. Will be visiting again and will be telling friends and family about our lovely family stay.

Featuring pool views, Marculem Guest Farm is situated in Virginia, 21 km from Ernest Oppenheimer Theatre. Our hosts have thought about how to create a peaceful, welcoming space to stay, whether just passing through or as a destination vacation. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and we enjoyed the indoor outdoor flow. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. We watched the light fade sitting on comfortable chairs on the covered stoop.

At the River Guest House is set in Kroonstad. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. Stay here! You'll be delighted. Property is as advertised and so much more. Beautiful, all-new rooms with all-new accoutrements situated right on the river. Fast, stable Wifi. Extremely comfortable bed. Secure parking. They nail all the fine points. Doesn't get better than this anywhere near this price point. Amazingly gracious hosts who, learning of my history studies, helped me identify local sites of interest. Set in Clarens and only 26 km from Golden Gate Highlands National Park, The Gate Guesthouse offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. 5 STAR EXPERIENCE FOR 3 STAR PRICE - i have stayed at numerous establishments over the years and this guesthouse is one of the best. The room was large and very comfortable with a fridge, kettle, microwave & TV. My room was decorated with inspiring and artful decor of a high standard. The linen, duvet & pillows were fresh, clean and plump, and the bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. I arrived to a warm welcome and a serene setting in a beautiful garden. The location is superb as it is close to town but very peaceful next to a mountain stream. Restaurants are in walking distance.
